What is the Age Limit?
Age 8/9 upwards (Children must be at least 130cm in height).

How long does the tour last?
A typical trip takes two and a half hours (2.5 – 3 hrs).

Clothing?
All customers must dress appropriately for our trip (warm clothing at a minimum, hat & gloves recommended).

What is the maximum amount of passengers allowed onboard?
We operate open commercial ribs with a maximum capacity of 12 people.

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation Terms:
All tours booked using discount codes/Covid19 special offers are non-refundable
Full refund when cancelled: earlier than 48 hours before availability start time
Refund: 100% of company payments and 100% of affiliate payments
Dingle Sea Safari reserves the right to cancel any tour:
– at our discretion due to weather, safety or unforeseen circumstance
– if customers do not dress appropriately (warm clothing at a minimum, hat and gloves reccomended)
No-shows will be charged the full price.

– If you are prone to seasickness, please think twice about joining the safari. The rolling waves and sea breeze might not be kind to queasy stomachs.
Individuals with pre-existing back problems are advised to sit this one out. The bumpy ride could potentially exacerbate your discomfort.
– If you’re recovering from a wild night out or dealing with a hangover, it’s best to reschedule. The sea’s motion could amplify your discomfort. A reminder of our cancellation policy listed above. Full refund when canceled: earlier than 48 hours before availability start time.
– Heavily pregnant individuals are urged to prioritize their well-being and skip this adventure. Safety is paramount for both you and your little one.
– Those with an intense fear of water might find the sea safari overwhelming. Your comfort is our priority, so we recommend considering another activity.

Does bad weather interfere with the tour?
Yes unfortunately if it isn’t suitable due to sea conditions being too rough we can’t operate. We would notify out customers in advance and make alternative arrangements or offer a full refund if the tour is cancelled due to sea conditions not being suitable

What should you bring?
We recommend everyone wears warm clothing, a hat and a jacket.

Parking in Dingle Town

Mart Car Park ⭐ Recommended Our top recommendation
On the eastern approach to town, this is the largest car park in Dingle and usually the quietest.
A 15 minute walk through the heart of town to reach us – a lovely way to take in Dingle on the way down to the harbour. 🚶 15 min walk | 📍 View on Google Maps
Green Street Car Park ⭐ Recommended
A free car park just up from the town centre, a 10 minute walk down to the harbour and our office. Usually has great availability even during the busiest summer days. 🚶 10 min walk | 📍 View on Google Maps
Marina Car Park Right beside the harbour and just a 1–2 minute walk to our office. Pay-and-display at €1 per hour (8am–6pm). Please note this car park has limited spaces and in peak season it tends to fill up from as early as 10am.
If you’re joining us for a morning tour you may find a space, but for anything later in the day after 10am we’d strongly recommend heading straight to Green Street or the Mart Car Park instead. 🚶 1–2 min walk | 📍 View on Google Maps
A few tips for your visit:
– Parking charges apply 8am–6pm in summer. Outside those hours it’s generally free.
– May – September get very busy – aim to arrive 1 hour before your tour.
– If in doubt, head for Green Street or the Mart – both rarely full.
